If you claim a money refund, the items must be returned complete new, unopened and in all original packings and conditions, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (not applied for normal rma management). You could also contact us and send you details of returns and pictures (if applicable) for our team to check if could apply or not.
After we received the return items and inspections had been made, You should expect to receive your refund within five to seven business days + merchant processing time, which do not depend on us. Consider that inspection of items returned could take some time, we will keep you informed about the process all the time, you can also contact us for more information.
After 10 days of delivery, we will only manage product exchange or credit on the store (this is not applied to rma management). The return conditions same as mentioned before and same processing times.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world any day from monday to friday. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped next business day. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or using air shippings (like Lithium-ion batteries)
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight or size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All screens have Life Time Warranty and other items have 12 months warranty since the shipping time. During this period all rma must be returned to our office in their original packing and well protected, in order to our technical team made the inspection of the items and consider if the item enter by warranty or not

- Water damage
- Return Shipping damage
In general any damage due to bad use, bad installation, bad management, etc.
